Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your paldo ph account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. paldo ph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures. You are required to notify paldo ph support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
paldo ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and credit/debit cards issued by Philippine banks where applicable. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. These thresholds may be adjusted from time to time at paldo ph's discretion, with reasonable prior notice provided to players.
Withdrawal requests to verified GCash and PayMaya accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. paldo ph does not impose withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Confirmed bonus abuse will result in the voiding of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
paldo ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, paldo ph shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to access the paldo ph platform; (c) any interruption or failure of internet connectivity beyond paldo ph's reasonable control; or (d) losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
paldo ph's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your paldo ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.
Gambling inherently involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds deposited, and that paldo ph does not guarantee any outcome or profit from gameplay.
paldo ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any amounts subject to investigation or bonus forfeiture) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
